This book reads like it’s missing sentences, and at times, entire paragraphs or pages. He suddenly mentions “three” inner journeys... and I have to scour the chapter (to no avail I might add) to figure out what he’s talking about. Still, now, no idea.

The authors sentence structure, to include the liberal use of commas, borders on being abusive to the reader.
Each chapter would be much better served to be broken up into several smaller sections. Although there are throughlines in each chapter, the way it’s all lumped together feels thoughtless, lazy, and unfinished.

There are many times so far when I have to reread sentences over and over and over to know what he’s trying to say. This book is written in such a way that makes it unpleasant to read.
