I feel as the book reinforced preconceptions of non believers to believers. Saying we are inherently selfish and the world distracts us from god is exactly what I was already taught. To me, the book struggles to actually enter the mind of a non believer. And not asking real questions on the doubt of gods existence. Or specifically the doubt of a specific faith. Hence agnostic belief.
