I overall liked it! Not as much as her historical stories. But I'm kind of curious about the rest of the series and might read another one sometime. It had lots of forced proximity, on the run danger and a super protective hero and I love all that!

Still liking this one overall but not nearly as much as her historicals. There's some stuff that maybe hasn't aged the best and I can't stand any of the political talk but the romance itself I like. I like the on the run themes, the protective hero, the Scotland setting...

Noooo I don’t like this narrators Texan accent 😭 I wish the hero would pretend to be Canadian again.

I am liking this one! I miss McCartys sexual tension. It’s so good 😏
