Status Updates From Memorias de un yakuza

I genuinely can’t tell if I like this book. The main character Eiji is really interesting but at the same time kinda boring. He loves his tangents I’ll finish it and think more about it when I’m done. Idk I think I was expecting some really deep pondering but he’s a gangster so maybe at the end there will be a really cool insight!
