Status Updates From Ahe'ey: The Complete Collec...

I want to like this. But "Ange'el"? Some of these names are cringeworthy to the point of distraction.

I'm a sci-fi/fantasy nerd who's a feminist. Sounds right up my alley. But so far, there's a disconnect w/me & the made up names. It's difficult to come up with your own words & unique names that still flow in the readers' minds. "Ahe'ey" doesn't roll off the tongue. Not even sure how that's pronounced. But literally my mind says BLANK when I read that word. And I'm immature enough to giggle at "Zanus".

Amazing world and characters. I am enthralled.

Ooh.. How is this going to end...

I am really enjoying this book, but, there are only so many times I can read '[name] spoke assertively' without beginning to cringe at every occurrence.

It's very slow to get through, but still gets my attention

Finally.. An explanation about Ahe'ey!

Hard to get into, tricky with all the names, but the story gets going now!

At least she is finally worrying about where she is... o.o

The world building is good but all these back and forth between timlines as well as the characters are giving me a headache
