4 stars to Wither Woods by Angel Corbett. I am not usually a fan of modern day paranormal, but this short story was really good. It was more of a BatB inspired than a true retelling. Love for books connected the MCs and the MMC was a huge cinnamon roll, and even though I didn’t like his name, he was admirable in his determination to care for the FMC despite her scars and insecurity.

4 stars: “Arabella’s Story” by Adrienne Monson’s was a retelling that was just one-off from the original tale; enough twists to make it intriguing but enough of homages to the original to make it comfortable. Honestly, I think this balance is the ideal type of retelling so I enjoyed it

It’s really good, I love the variety in the stories but I don’t know Nani’s kiss seemed a little out of the ordinary and I didn’t quite understand it. Some words were confusing. It took a while to understand who all the characters were. I don’t understand why there was chip and Mrs Potts in this story, it’s about some weird concept. I did really like the gates and choosing the next life. Interesting

Withering woods, it was really good, I liked this one even more then the last. It was really creative. I loved how relatable the girl was.
