Hmm. I’m sure there’re metaphors I missed but I’m.. not sure about this book lol. Reminds me of by the river pietra (?) I sat down and wept. Of a life gone by. But the writing is good and sort of dreamy and carries you along, like a Murakami. I’d like to think this was a good book but I just didn’t get it. Cos it’s so unique and poignant and I wish I could say it touched me in some way!
