Status Updates From Above and Beyond (To Serve ...

Having passed the one third mark, my usual decision point, I can't say there is much to get excited about. It is all rather bland and predictable. I'm not sure if I will finish this book but I do know that I won't be reading any more by Kathryn Shay.

I don't understand all the rave reviews, this book is okay but no better.

This was a free download by an author unknown to me. Although the story line looks okay, when I checked out the author, I found she was churning out this series one book a month. The vast majority of my favourite books are from authors who only manange one book in 10 to 12 months, and the difference in quality is evident. That said, I am not averse to a light read from time to time, and it was free.
