Status Updates From Hotel Iris

I think i bought this book because I liked the cover and the author has another work i was interested in. I was anticipating more of a horror novel but reading the blurb I don’t know why im surprised at the content. This is certainly not the book for me though I am going to try to finish it since its so short.

Are the Japanese authors ok? Has anyone checked on them? 🤣
