Status Updates From Pamela : Volume 2

I'm much more impressed by the author as a novelist when he writes characters like Jackey or Sir Jacob - and even frivolous Miss Darnford - who have a recognisable distinctive voice, than by the long winded praise echoed by characters who all speak in exactly the same refined periods as Pamela :-(

So "Mr. B" finally acquires a name - his sister alludes to "Sir William", his mother to "Billy"!
