Status Updates From Trial By Fire

Called to the scene of a murder, Antonelli agrees to defend an acquaintance who is accused of murdering the woman with whom he is having an affair. While it seems the world has already declared guilt, Antonelli is ready to battle the airwaves to prove his case. With a much older husband the only alternative, the defence tries to get answers put on the record, while the world awaits the GUILTY verdict they expect.

Joseph Antonelli is back, though he has become somewhat less visible in the public eye. A highly sought-after defense attorney, Antonelli is very picky with the cases he takes and has found corner office at the law firm. Asked to attend a legal panel on which a controversial murder trial is discussed, Antonelli meets a fiery law professor. Asking this man to join the firm, things go sour and murder is again an issue.
