Kristin and Ragnfrid’s reconciliation is something I have long waited for in this book.
Kristin/Lavrans’s final goodbyes & reconciliation were not what I hoped or expected. I’m disappointed Kristin spent his last days comparing her husband to Simon and being jealous she had nothing to do at the bedside.
Because there’s so much dissent in this book about Erlend I am beginning to fear where his part is going.

Picking this trilogy back up after having to stop reading the (quite large) physical copy because of the weight. It is absolutely riveting!
