Grabbed this from the library before Quarantine 2020. We have made 5 recipes and ALL tasted amazing, I plan on buying this for my own collection. Our vegan adventure may not last - but the healthy and flavorful meals in here will always be enjoyed.

Made the maple cinnamon granola. It’s good. Would be better with fresher ingredients (walnuts and sunflower seeds were a little past date). Also may add more sweetness to it using honey.
