I was enjoying the book up until the part about diet. The analogies she uses to describe diversifying one’s diet was in poor taste. There are better ways to get the point across other than saying “be racist” referring to staying away from white sugar and calling her diet suggestion “Affirmative Action Diet.” I found that very odd.
