Loved the section. She’s basically talking about how to communicate — or the best way to communicate — with patients and their therapists, how therapists should talk to and act toward their patients, and how to build trust between them. She gives a good example of an awkward situation one of her patients experienced, and because of the way the therapist reacted, the patient stopped going to him.
