It is quite fortuitous, that all of our major players have come to attend the wedding of Kasia and Carullus. Some by invitation, others by chance. Curious, curious. I like Rustem, I really do. Shame about Nishik. Murdered by some patrician’s son, no less. An important patrician at that.

Awe Kasia and Carullus are getting married. And it seems Sarantium is gonna invade Verana. Great.

I like Gisel. She’s keen of mind and knows how to play the game of royal courts.

Hell of an opener. Shirvan of Bassania is an intriguing King of Kings. Rustem too, the physician. And apparently the son he would have his heir is the one who did it. Fantastic.
