Status Updates From The Big Wind

A gripping read so far

This is interesting to me because it was originally published in 1969 under the title: The Big Wind. Ballantine republished it in 1978 with this title and bodice ripper cover (which I shamelessly prefer). It's now in KU under the title The Big Wind.

This is a great read, So much Famine history told with a lot of particularly Irish references, i.e. old Irish words and phrases.
A bit slow at times but good nonetheless...
