Status Updates From Uprooted

I'm not sure I like how the one Black female character is described as having shoulders as broad as a man's and, in general, is portrayed as way more masculine than the other female characters. It'd be one thing if there were more Black women in the story who weren't like that, but as it is, this feels like it was written with some unconscious biases!

How to make me dislike your hero in 5 minutes or less: Have him be rude to his servants. Anyway I'm sure Agniezka will decide for some reason that she likes him even though he's a complete dick to her, but I most certainly do not like him!

Also he spent all that time being mean to her about her cooking and he can literally magically fix it anyway. As someone who cooks: I'd kill him.
