This book continues to be good, but I have entirely lost the will to read this book. A lot on post-modernity, which just gets tired after listening to analysis of post-modernity for ten years now. Some original treatment, some standard engagement with Sire, lots of Carson and Vanhoozer, neither of which get as much love as they should in post-modern analysis.

Yeah this is hands-down the best book on evangelism that I’ve read. Biblically engaged, theologically mature, philosophically minded, while also being incredibly practical. I’ve begun to plan how to use many of Chan’s tools at Hope.

It’s still early days but this might be the best book on evangelism that I’ve ever read.
