So far Trent has brought together many scriptures that make a very strong case for Rome. What I will say is that it is very much scripture doing the talking, as Trent sometimes struggles with the most crucial points. His chapter on Authority misses the mark while he simultaneously clears up many misconceptions I've held about the Catholic faith.
