I definitely will require myself to re-read later on, because the information given is valuable and timeless! Also comes with an illustration guide via website which is like, wow! 🥹🥹🥹 So happy I found this book by chance.

The words / names she used for the systems were confusing because I know most of these things but use different words for them. HEF to her is Energetic bodies to me. So I had to take time to figure out what I already knew vs. what is new to me. Frustrating.
