Still little to no clue what the actual eff is going on, but like I said. There’s occasionally beautiful prose.

Still no clue who’s a human who’s a cat and what dragons have to do with any of it. 😅

Attempt number 2, and I still don’t know if they’re cats or people or who is what and what the hekl is going on, but there’s some good quotes and imagery, so we’ll trudge on.

The author needed to spend more time developing the complex societies and creatures before jumping into the action. I read a lot of fantasy and I am having difficulty imagining what some of the characters look like and the chapters jump from one character to another.
