ok to be so honest, this book isn’t great.

i’ll likely still finished it because “mum didn’t raise a quitter” but anyways the main characters best friend is very annoying and self centred/destructive. there’s so weird time jumps in the book (like mid chapter) that i don’t think make a whole lot of sense. idk its overall just and oddly structured book 🤷🏻‍♀️

I like the commentary on idealistic philosophies vs the realities of the world we live in. I do feel like sometimes exposition overshadows the plot and stakes a bit.
