Status Updates From Chinese Cook Book

Made it to chicken so today was excellent. Highlights are Kung pao (45), chicken with Peking sauce and Chinese sesame buns (46), chicken with spicy peanut sauce (48)

Pretty good so far. Some recipes are a little lack luster but culture info and details make up for it. Highlights so far are paper wrapped chicken (20), cashew pork (36), and sweet and sour ribs with kumquat sauce (38).
