Status Updates From Dreams of Falling

Confusing! I am part way thru the beginning sections and still can’t figure out how these characters are connected and why there are so many secrets. Also can’t tell who is actually related to who. Biologically speaking I mean. The characters are not particularly appealing either. As it doesn’t seem that any of this will be revealed for quite a few more pages, I am not going to continue.
