This book is jumping all over the place and MC sucks. Also, why are women being called sluts and whores and being treated as throw away characters??? Reading a little too misogynistic for me.

So this one has been a bit of a downer.
The world was interesting and the tropes are the sort I like (soul mates, guy pining after girl, reforming bad boy, etc)
Where this falls flat is in execution. The writing feels terribly rushed and the characters are not well written though I do like Mel.
