i def have more recollection of the soul linked saga series
which i won’t be rereading anytime soon now thanks to this book
not in the mood for it

mostly tears and some anger
but tbh not as much as the pain

could’ve been so much better with a better writer

even more infuriating is knowing there’s no damn sequel to this book

i didnt care at all for either of the mmcs from start to finish
hardly know them thanks to this mediocre writing most of the time
and the fmc

she was only good for what she did

the retelling of her torture and everyone’s reactions
the evidence of it on her body was more than enough

no punishment would be enough for that dumb cunt jalina.

i’ve been a fucking mess for the last thirty minutes or so

clearly i was thinking this was a diff book with similar plot
there was no kidnapping of the fmc to the wyvern lands
no escape through a forest at all

somehow
i completely forgot about the insanity that this fmc was going through

took me a minute or so after the cloaked figure arrived
i didn’t realize it was her soon enough

before i forget

prior to rereading this
my memory of the plot differed

i’d thought there was other women drama
and more wolves or shifter stuff

i def don’t recall much of the mother and bitch jalina
tbh what i thought i recalled of the ppl living in that place was they were tough and strong

not bitchy and evil and careless and heartless ..

also don’t recall megan and the nice ppl🤷🏻‍♀️

the healing stuff is always a good plot device or trait
as well as a tough no bs mc

but it evens out with such stupid mmcs

ignorance is no excuse for their house being shit thanks to their shittier mother and shittiest cousin bitch whore jalina scumbag hoe

it just makes them seem careless and pathetic
why are they considered powerful and the highest ranking ???? bc of birth?

Finally got the urge to reread this again
It’s been a decade prob since I first read it

Didn’t recall it being so damn long
