Status Updates From All American Ads of the 80'...

Reminiscing on these old ads, one gets to thoroughly realize that we millennials grew up in the “climax” of the 20th century. We are today in the inception of the 21st century, so it slightly resembles the 20th but clearly on its way to something profoundly different…for example, the “printed ad” is becoming a historical practice today!
The soul, feel, dreams of 20th C differs from today.

I find my self torn between experiencing this via my contemporary mind that will analyze, dissect and read between the lines of a world part of it I wasn’t around, part of it a toddler and part of it a child.
Or put on my child simulation hat and look at the pictures as the child I was, with wonder!
I ended up doing 70% child mode, 30% adult !
