Status Updates From O conceito de direito

I just finished chapter 2 of the Concept of law. I really appreciate how Hart builds Austin’s original theory to its strongest legs without undermining the behaviourist manner of the original theory. He builds the vague theory of law that is orders backed by threats to a point were it could be classified as a legal system after making five modifications. I can’t wait to read how he demolishes Austin’s theory!
