Some essays have been fantastically wonderful and entertaining, others have been meh. I'm loving reading my friend's notes and making my own. It'll be fun to mail this one back to him. :D

This is a loaner from a friend. I read one of his books and started writing notes as I went along. I decided to then send it to him so he could see and respond, if he liked, and I suggested we start our own two-person book exchange. This is his initial volley. Also, he liked the idea that we were breaking a cardinal rule instilled in most of us as children in school: don't write in your books! lol
