I've read Accent on Murder. Definitely a book to keep you on your toes while reading. I did get somewhat confused about what was happening and what EMP stood for. Jules is a visiting American who is stranded in France because of the EMP. She is staying safely with elderly twin sisters that don't speak English. The local head of police, Luc, likes her a lot.

I had to stop reading this series. Covid started and became so heavy. The apocalyptic state of these stories were just too much for me.

Finished book one and enjoyed it
