I like that Norton highlights the important key takeaways at the end of each chapter. He also names nnames.He gives credit to the various team leaders that helped him and provided their experience and expertise. I also like the case studies that reinforce his insights. He is obviously extremely knowledgeable. Enjoying this so far.
