(I'm reading the 3 in 1 edition) SUPPORTING CHARACTER: Killua Zoldyck is a 12 year old boy, just like Gon. Killua was raised to be a top tier assassin. His whole family are assassins, devoted to killing, but Killua is different. He realizes he just wants to be a kid. Killua met Gon in the Hunter Exam. He is now determined to be Gon's friend and help him along his journey.

Setting: Gon Freecs is a 12 year old boy who lives on Whale Island. Whale Island is a pit stop for sailors. He lives with his aunt on a hill. He was abandoned by his dad who is a very famous hunter. He decides to take the Hunter Exam to see if his father abandoned him for a good reason. The exam made pit stops at places such as Zevil Island, Zaban city, & Trick Tower. (I'm reading the 3 in 1 edition, book 4-6.)
