The book's prologue outlined how these characters met, then faded to black before they got to the bedroom. The main story picks up 6 years later when they - literally - bump into one another in an airport. If they'd had a one night stand that we'd gotten to see in the prologue, then fast forwarded, I think I would have been fine. But, because these men had an entire RELATIONSHIP we don't see, I find myself grumbling.
