P.O.V = 1st person narrative. I know this because the author is Phil Knight and he is the main character inside the story he narrated. I know this because in the cover, it says Phil Knight which shows he is the author. Some text evidence is on page 161, " "Mom, Dad, this is Mr. Knight." "Pleased to meet you," I said, shaking their hands." This text evidence shows that Knight is both the author and in the book.

Protagonist, the protagonist is Phil Knight who is a very ambitious person who is young and wants to leave a mark on the world which makes him takes a risky choice to travel around the world and start a business. He is from Oregon and is a person with dedication and purpose. He is smart and graduated from Stanford which got him some business experience. He also learned a lot since trying to start his risky plan.

The start of the 2nd book I'm reading and the topic is setting. The setting is in Portland, Oregon when he comes back from the army and university. He stays with his family because he is trying to start a business and needs funding. Some text evidence on page 14 is, "Remember my crazy Idea? Japanese running shoe? right? It could be huge, Dad. Huge." This shows he came home to get money for his crazy idea for shoes.
