Doing a brief, one day re-read before I post my review!

I'm honestly ready to DNF this, unfortunately. I don't want to because it's an arc but I can't sit with the writing style or the how things are playing out. I'm torn.

Okay, it’s officially. I’m into this book. It took some time but I got used to the writing style. I truly think it would have been better had it been in third-person limited, but I’m getting used to third-person omniscient. If you don’t have an issue with that POV, you may enjoy this from the beginning.

I'm not too sure about the POV that this book is it. I personally prefer first person, but I'm fine with third, as long as it's focused on one character at a time. This is inside everyone's head at the same time and it's kind of annoying me. At this point, I'm still interested in the story itself so I'll continue but I feel that it would have been more interesting if it didn't get inside everyone's head at once.

I like the flow of this. It’s like random thoughts strewn across the pages. A unique style. Sexy in an understated way.

So far, so good. I don’t know where this book is going but I’m along for the journey.
