Status Updates From The Touring Vegan

In general I agree with Jon Sirens idea by being healthy & therefore speaking with your appearance & the science behind it for the vegan lifestyle...yet I believe that to be effective it requires some amount of offensive labeling als vegan or otherwise people won't really bring these two things into correlation.

There's quiet a bit of repetition in this book and I am in fact not touring but still the book gives me some good ideas how to eat a little healthier on my next vacation:).

I think the chapter on micronutrients is quiet good, but again...the one on Macros is debatable. (Like...no, muscle cannot simply "turn into fat")

Still a fun read...but some of the nutritional information is just misinformation/truly not good advice for the normal sedentary person that might be reading the book.

Enjoying the way Jon Siren talks about his road towards a whole foods vegan diet...I think it would have been fun to maybe add some funny on the road/weirdest vegan meals stories tho.

Seems like Jon Siren has done it all.. really an interesting live story!

Still on those pages where Jon Siren gives a little insight on his childhood and therefore way of becoming vegan... actually pretty interesting!:)
