The first story was about a couple who was lost on vacation. It was whatever. I could read about 98% of it. I loved how they introduced the verbs. Every chapter has a questionnaire and vocabulary bank at the end. I have read a little bit of the second story, and it seems like the vocabulary builds up over time. So far, as far as LEARNING and BUILDING on your reading fluency, this book is doing a good job.

Rin is 10% done

Story one is very interesting. You don't have to know that many words to follow along with the story (500 max) and the twist to the first story was shocking.
