Inclined to give this book two stars or less.
I enjoyed the essay on how to build a community around an open source project:
- Make developers feel appreciated. Be kind.
- Make it easy for developers to get started. Include getting started documentation and label issues that are good beginner tasks.
I disliked the essays on software = knowledge and privacy.

No insights so far. Takeaway message is to write simple code and avoid complexity.
