I am 120 pages into it and I am yet to learn HOW! Which is why I bought the book.
It's a lot about the history, importance and trivia about people who have / had a great memory. The world memory championship but honestly I don't care about that. It makes no difference to me if X person is / was good at memory. What can I do to make my memory better! What are the tips and tricks? What practices?
Quite frustrating.
