I was really enjoying this series, up until the more recent ones near the end. The first ones were so wild and untamed, full of adventure. The latter ones are rather dull and domesticated. I am having difficulty finishing this book, as the characters really don't have much development nor change. Same formula but different villain. I want to see how it all ends, and will continue on at a later date.

I was enjoying this series up until the more recent books near the end. The characters don't really have much change, nor development. I do want to see how this all ends, but it's getting to be a rather difficult read. I had to put these aside for now and will continue at a later date.
The first ones in the series kicked butt and were wild and untamed. The latter ones are domesticated and borderline kinda dull.
