Chapter 3 was mostly about John F. Kennedy‘s experience in the war and how the Nazis in Germany were creating concentration camps and enslaving workers to create the V-2 war missiles. John F. Kennedy and his brother went on a mission in the Navy to look for the base where they are building all of these V-2 missiles to bomb it, but JFK’s brother ended up dying.☹️

Chapter 2 was mostly about John F. Kennedy’s life before his presidency and mainly how when Germany entered the second world war with Hitler their main concern was ballistic missile technology to kill people, but that is what influenced the foundation for building rockets that will take people to space. 😮 the main focus for technology in the US was rocketry while other countries were focused on war weapons.

Chapter 1 was mostly about how Robert Goddard came up with the idea of launching rockets into the atmosphere, but then realized that one day they could be launched outside of the Earth atmosphere. He started by creating a rocket launcher in World War I then later became a bazooka. In 1937 he launched a rocket that made it 9000 feet. So cool.🚀
