Meh. At times interesting and utilizes the neurosis that arises from attempting to understand what constitutes your body to good effect, but man the imagery at times sucks so bad and really the work strikes no emotions in me beyond mild mirth or polite curiosity.

The cover art is lovely.
There have been a few great lines...but there is no variation in tone or syntax so I almost feel like I'm reading the dry reports Dickinson recieved about his stool samples. There is no emotion and I feel like the intersection of physiology, biology, the environment, etc should and would have important things to say in a stark and urgent way. Instead, he turned reports into poetry.
