Status Updates From August and Everything After

Made me cry at two points, the main character blamed herself for her childhood best friends death and sbe finally came to terms with the death and that it wasn't her fault and then reconnected with her friends parents. Also the guy had some major red flags e she recognised and ditched him in favour of pursuing her own dreams, which I loved for her!

This is getting unexpectedly sad, and im beginning to not like her love interest he is kinda a dick

Good start, not sure how transferable being a high school marching band single drum player is to then learning a full drum set for a rock band though - but she seems to be learning very fast!
