Listening to this book really makes me want to revisit the Immortal Descendants crew and in hindsight, I probably should’ve started there but oh well.

Ringo invites the girl to dinner, and, not to Ringo's surprise, she takes up the offer and silently follows him home. Ringo Devereux. Not the average man in a London of his time. Having been born in his own time, he has lived in other times, having close friends in the twenty first century. Ringo formerly had been a pickpocket, living on the polluted streets of London, until he met Saria. She was a figure of the distant figure, but one of his closest friends. Ringo soon runs in to an eleven year old thief, living as he once did.
