I’m reading this for my Qualitative Research Methods course. It’s mostly a discussion of the ways in which federalism impacts healthcare policy. SPOILER ALERT: It creates huge disparities across states and often leaves beneficiaries stuck in the state they receive benefits from. It’s taking me a long time to get through, but it’s also opening my eyes to how federalism continues to promote inequality.
