It’s a wonderful light read but it didn’t knock me off my feet.

It’s a solid three to four star book for me. I liked the concept, the story and the main characters. The humor was also great. I’m not the biggest fan of the miscommunication trope but otherwise a solid book.

Scratch that comment before. I enjoyed the main characters and their friends/families but I kept confusing many of the supporting characters. I also only now realised that a primary book series exists. A short summary at the beginning would have been nice.

I liked the character but I was sometimes confused because I confused the characters.

This was a very fun read.

I really try to get through all my free books and I also need a distraction from “A Tempest of Tea”.
