I’ve had this book for like 6 years now 😭 I’m finally getting to it. Gonna be my first purely academic read since I graduated so might be tough🙏

The content is good but a bit dry. My problem is I keep reading these super foundational history books that were written before I got my degree so a lot of the information isn’t new to me even if the specifics are. I’m determined to finish tho which is why I am doing an update
