Slowly making my way through the recipes, but thoroughly enjoy the stories and importance behind each chef’s recipe as to the importance of the food to them!

I went to a book launch for this cookbook and was honored to meet some of the contributing chefs and hear them read excerpts from the sections they had written. I'm excited to try making some of the recipes, but I'm more excited to read more of their stories about their connections to the recipes they chose to share. I think even if I end up not making one single dish, I'll still be happy I own this book.
