This is sad. Evie is now feeling empty inside after pouring all her energy and heart into her feminism project, only to get bullied online and get her words and actions twisted by a scumbag. She now feels alone in her battle. She had no fight in her. Sexism is really an inevitable foe.

Glad Bourne showed us both the highs and lows of activism. It's not always rage and preach. Rain also comes pouring down. There is also the dark side of activism which is the unnecessary hate you get from public who are already accustomed to the status quo.

I think this is one of Lottie's nightmares. Facing the harsh reality that she may not fit in Cambridge when she is very outspoken with her views and is maverick.
